2 /5 Rach Mcc: My prior agent retired and Mayberry obtained their clientele...that was less than a year ago I think. I very rarely need my agent and only have one for the better rate, but if I need my agent, I expect them to be helpful and polite. Thats Def not the experience I have had here, and worse I "started a new policy" and the office manager royally screwed up, didnt even add a vehicle on the policy, thank goodness I checked the policy afterwards, before we wrecked a car that wasnt added to the policy! Not sure if she is just overworked and underpaid, but def not what I need from my agent. Already purchased new auto coverage elsewhere and will be moving my homeowners asap! Due to the errors made I am still dealing with them correcting this and was over charged $335 this month, thanks Mayberry!
