5 /5 Tony V.: I am extremely glad I happened upon Matthews and Jaasma when searching for a lawyer to handle my dads estate when he passed away. This was my first time having to use a lawyer for anything, and it was a great experience. I mostly worked with Amy Jaasma and the paralegal, Stacy Bakri. Both were kind, patient, and explained everything to me clearly. Stacy was great a reminding me when time sensitive issues would come up. I had so much going on and this was very helpful. My dad had passed away without leaving a will, and everything was way over my head. In a stressful time, it was so nice to have compassionate, and competent people in my corner. I will use them again if needed in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

5 /5 Linda Mello: I hired Lori Matthews after dealing with a guardianship attorney who was non-responsive. Lori filed the paperwork to take over from that attorney, and handled all the guardianship paperwork after that, so I never missed a deadline! It’s stressful enough having a disabled family member that you have to take guardianship for, but Lori made the process go smoothly. Then several years later, when my family member passed away, Lori was very empathetic and super helpful in getting the guardianship closed. She had all the right connections at probate court, and I never had to appear in person! I recommend Lori for all family legal issues!
