I went with them because, I never have set one up before and I had so many questions and wanted help to get it set up correctly the first time around and the reviews were awesome. As well as, I wanted to work with a real human. They also, have been super helpful with answering my questions after the fact, I kept getting letters mailed to me from random business that made things sound urgent & official - they were quick to explain and let me know other things that might come in the mail. I also, use them for my registered agent. I like the idea of having a law firm for that - and while hopefully I would never need them for that. It’s good to know they are there.
