Jacob Andrews My car was totaled by one of their drivers. Took 4 days to get a rental, then it was only for 3 days. Then took another week before they told me I had to wait for the title to be recieved before they authorized payment. Thats another 3 to 4 weeks in Texas. Plus the Adjuster wouldnt answer or return calls for 24 hours or longer.

Remi Vela Megan has been absolutely wonderful to work with as an insurance agent! Anytime Ive ever reached out with a question or concern about my car insurance policy, she has been quick to address it and she always has a kind demeanor! When I was buying another vehicle she ran numbers for me while I was at the dealership just so I had all the information I needed ready at the time of purchase.
