Adhikari Bhabishya Terrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. I was rear-ended by their insured, and the claim process was slow and frustrating. I had to call multiple times for the same updates, and they lowballed the repair costs. I would not recommend filing a claim with them—you’re better off getting an attorney. On top of that the Adjuster wouldn’t pick up the call or call back during business hours.
