2 /5 C H: Had them since I was 16, but for the past few years its been more and more difficult to even get ahold of anyone in the office and everything just takes forever to get done. As Im typing this, Im sitting on waiting for a policy change I was told would take two days.....its been a week plus with no communication. The folks there are very nice, but unfortunately its just a bit too inconsistent and not meeting my needs as a policy holder, so Im switching agents.

1 /5 ROSE L: Today I called to cancel my policy and about $400’s later and no answer again. Nope no renewing for me. They are not quick to answer the phone. I have to drive there because they don’t answer. Gas ain’t cheap and neither is their policies. I also told one of the ladies not to save my card on file and she did anyway after, I drove up there to make payment and found out the card was still on file after, I was asked if I wanted to use the card I had on file. There is more but, I will leave it at this…I will no longer do business with this office again. “Wake up”

5 /5 Kristopher Black: Mary Lou Church is easily the best agent Ive dealt with in the insurance field and working with her office is certainly worth the drive from my side of town. Her office staff has always been responsive to my concerns, as well as quick to respond to any after hours concerns left via voicemail or email. I also appreciate the availability of an after hours centralized telephone rep for those immediate answer questions Ive had sometimes. Ive had occasion to need to speak to Mary Lou specifically and have had no trouble reaching her via cell or home number in those instances if she was not available at the office. Over the years, Mary Lou and her staff have gone above and beyond in her care for and service of my family and I recommend her to all who seek insurance coverage and assistance.
