I knew I needed to see the items in person before making a purchase. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Associate Amy was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly go over everything with both me and my child, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about our choices. Her patience and attention to detail were truly beyond expectations. Amy’s knowledge of the products and her genuine enthusiasm made our visit not just a shopping trip but a memorable experience. It’s not often you find such exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond, especially in a luxury retail setting.
