They took no money, but followed up with law enforcement. Called me the next day to put my mind at ease. They charged me nothing! 3 /5 Misty Day: Well so far my guy is still locked up in the county jail. The attorney assured him he wouldnt be indicted. Things gonna be fine. He still hasnt seen my guy, almost 90days in. Non prosecution affidavit signed, still nothing but an indictment. The same one he said would not be happening. I understand there are no guarantees and he is court appointed etc. Then again, maybe I dont. Maybe my guy was hit by a truck while on a bicycle. Maybe he had had MAJOR BRAIN SURGERY a very short time before arrest and was not acting himself. Told police on more than one occasion. Seems to me his attorney, court appointed or no would be trying to DEFEND HIM . ... Tried to call again myself as I did after indictment. I received no call back then, now he is out of town.

5 /5 ISAAC T NEGASI: For any forfeited asset issue regarding getting your personal property back from the county or State Mark Barber definitely knows what hes doing he filed all the paperwork it took a couple of months about 3 months but at least I got my car back especially when you work hard for your stuff. And both of his secretary stayed on top of everything too so they make it easy yeah Im definitely use him if I ever need to again

1 /5 Jacob Back: Dont not use him as a divorce lawyer. Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. To top it off,the additional stress of your lawyer getting arrested twice while waiting for your court is super reassuring. After months of phone calls and emails theyll eventually get back to you. On the day of court expect him to be wearing an oversized suit. Not well kept, smelling of alcohol, burping non stop, with lovely black finger nails covered in dirt. Its honestly shocking that this man is allowed to practice. Please look elsewhere.

5 /5 Jenna Battles: This guy is a fantastic lawyer. You will be satisfied with his legal representation. He also charges very reasonable rates. The day of a court hearing can be a horrible time for you. However, if you hire Mark Barber, you will be doing your self a favor.
