1 /5 Isaac Barretto: What I thought was just a simple loan application has turned into a nightmare. Had a phone call today with Sabrina Cook, apparent Branch Manager for this location is what she told me, and it was just brutal. I explained to her how I was worried about not having received any forms of written explanation/documents for my loan request/offer after Ive provided all of my credentials as of last week and not being provided any details in their phone app. She starts talking about a grading system they use for applicants and how theyre offering me a loan having to do with the payoff on my car which is not at all what I was applying for. I was looking for a simple yes or no on a personal loan and this has turned into just a horrible experience with this institution, especially when she refused to let me talk to anyone else who I thought might be more patient. In my attempt to get my facts straight about my loan status, she continuously talked over me, ignored my questions, even asked questions that she would not allow me to answer as she would rant off. She was more concerned with being right then assuring that I was understanding the loan offer correctly since I did not have any electronic or hard copy of anything having to do with what she was talking about. As this goes on for about 20 minutes, she had the audacity to have told me at least 5-6 times that the call was being recorded. The only take-a-way I got from her is that we could have reviewed this together if I came into their office. Why did she not lead with that at the beginning of the call? I havent a damn clue. Like I said, some people are more concerned with being right then doing their job right. Hopefully your experience is like the other 5-star reviews I am seeing on here which is what I was hoping for as well. I myself will move on to another company, good luck!
