Marcela was a fantastic Client Coach and treated me with respect. Bonnie was my Portfolio Manager/Closing Coordinator and had immense patience while guiding me through the process. OTRL and their incredible employees make this normally scary process easy, comfortable, and fast! Along with their loan services, they offer financial mentoring. This is a huge asset that I would recommend EVERYONE take advantage of. OTRL helps you improve your credit and financial position via their mentoring. Preston Harris I haven’t had an account here for more than 15 mins and I’m already more pleased than chase has made me. The lady’s in the bank are gems and very friendly. Much more comfortable experience than any other bank I’ve been too. They got me set up with an account in less than 20 mins with a card ready for me to use. After not having a debit card for a month and a half due to Chases inability to send me a new one after multiple visits with them, this was such a relief. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Melody Williams The absolute WORST bank location ever! If I could give no stars I would! Literally no staff and the staff they have are always rude! I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a simple bank deposit! Avoid this location at all cost!
