Doesn’t pay to focus on the negative (reviews) you have to always experience things for yourself. I’m so thankful I went inside with a positive attitude and I received positive results.

1 /5 Matthew Woodson: I wish zero stars was an option. Terrible bank to use. If you have any FRAUD it will take 10 days for them to reverse payment and get your money back. I had proof of it being fraud and unauthorized and they still couldn’t do anything about it

Also a very kind young lady at the bank counter helped me out today with a complicated check deposit and she also is kind and knows her job well and helped me so much thank you sweetie! I love my credit union! Been a member here for 30 years! Your the best! Hands down!!!!

1 /5 Kelly Reed: Not a satisfied customer. Had to make 4 separate phone calls to remove fraud alert off my debit card when trying to purchase a plane ticket. And thats AFTER replying to fraud alert text and fraud alert email. That same day, my pin # at ATM magically no longer worked (before attempting the plane ticket purchase). Im now on day 7 of waiting for a mobile deposit to clear, even though it was an actual cashiers check that I deposited. As soon as everything clears, Im closing my account. Not happy.
