Cathy K Sorry that many reviews on this branch are sorry to see their old bank go. Nevertheless this PNC branch rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived, waited for a banker. Angelica was superb, handled my request very quickly. And employees wishes me safe travels (weather was getting nasty) as I exited. So refreshing after dealing with another PNC branch that had none of the attributes of this branch and employees.

James Wang This company is a fraud. They signed me up for auto-renewal without my permission and gave away my credit card information to Swyfft for an auto draft. When I found out and called, this lady was rude and hang up on me right away. Stay away from this agency company. When your insurance is due to renew, they would never make an effort to contact you, no emails, no calls and no messages. Your insurance ends up either lapsing or auto-renewed with more than double the market rate. Swyfft made an auto draft of $4447 for my homeowners insurance. I called Allstate and secured a rate of less than $2000.
