1 /5 James Burton: Shoddy customer service. The agent in the front attempts to unnecessarily control your movement in the office. The other in the back office is overly familiar and rude. If you can find a better agency, Id recommend you do so.

I dont believe Ive had to step foot in the office in the multiple years shes handled our accounts. Everything is done quickly and over the phone or in email. She goes above and beyond with seeking better rates for us when unplanned increases happen, before I even have to ask! She is a wealth of information when it comes to all aspects of our insurance policy. Thank you, Roxanne, for everything.

1 /5 Neal Fisher: My father-in-law had full coverage home and auto with them for 20 years, When his sunroof was broken by road damage he filed a claim with them for reimbursement and they refused to pay it. Their agent told him the vehicle was “too old” for them to pay out on the claim.
