4 /5 Jennifer Mackle: I love the quality of service you provide when needed. My only problem is that you have increased my premiums multiple times even way before I had a claim. I should not be penalized for others having accidents or multiple claims. I used roadside assistance once since having this insurance. Another persons problem should not effect me so drastically. Im on a fixed income and can barely cover my expenses now. I cant afford anymore increases. No matter how great or small. Thank you!
