5 /5 GASS Garage: They financed me when nobody else would, OF COURSE the interest rate is higher if you have bad credit. I HAD to have a car & they came through. Process was easy, payment includes credit life & payment insurance if you lose your job. Thank You Lendmark Yolanda was very courteous & professional.

1 /5 Ciera Gonzales: Worst service! Spoke to one person and they worked with me and approved me on a loan, told me to call back when I had a vehicle in mind so I did. When I called back she currently was out on vacation so had to speak to the Manager Shanna which for one she was rude from the start and is a liar, said she didn’t receive documentation that I did provide when I did my application and told me she was not approving my loan which was already approved from the start she just didn’t allow it being hateful and being manager your allowed that authority to disapprove someone if you don’t want to work with them.

1 /5 Elizabeth Irizarry: Customer service needs training especially the branch manager don and Whitney! She can’t be nice at all! Anyway she also lying on me , said I asked about my acct being at a level and it wasn’t true! She needs to go work at McDonald’s with that attitude !

1 /5 MLord The Great: Never finance your vehicle through Lendmark they are horrible crooks. The interest rate is outstanding and if you happen to get in accident they will try their best to screw you over with the insurance company to retrieve your property.
