5 /5 Lisa Borden-Scariano: Hello. My name is Lisa. I MUST give Kuddos to GP Schoemakers, PLLC. I met with the MOST wonderful Attorney, Grace, and her sidekick, Amy, yesterday with my Godmum. It was the BEST consultation Ive ever had and it was a pleasure meeting them. Both were so professional, smart, kind and yet funny all at the same time. We felt so comfortable and no question was a dumb question. Grace has the patience of a Saint as my Godmum has a brain disorder that affects her speech, site and balance only. Her brain works and she has all her smarts, however it just takes her a bit to get out what shes trying to say. After Googling and calling other Attorneys in the area, not one person would help us because they thought my Godmums condition would be an issue. THEN...... WE FOUND OUR ANGELS! Grace and Amy. I cannot express my gratitude enough for ALL the help provided!!! Especially treating my Godmum like a human being and not as a problem. We received the most amazing service ever, were able to get all appropriate paperwork completed that we needed and all with the upmost kindness and respect. 5 /5 Helen Smith: My brother and I met with Gratia on 03/03/2025 for legal counsel about some land that our mother (93) has, which we were trying to put in our name. We came with a Will and the Power of Attorney. Durning our visit, we were informed that the POA that we obtained in 2016 was only valid for 5 years and that the laws for property has since changed. We also learned that the Will was not specific in the description of the property in question. She instructed us on what steps to take next and how to go about it. This was our very first encounter with her, and first impressions say a lot. We look forward to doing business with her in the future.

5 /5 Charles Versea: My sister and I met with GP Schoemakers about a week ago in regard to land that is in our mothers name. We wanted to make sure that we were doing everything correctly, which is why we reached out to her. We have a Will, and I have the Power of Attorney. She looked over the documents and informed us that what we had was no good. The laws for land had changed and the Will did not specify the property. We were then given great instructions on what we needed to do.
