He asked so many questions and helped us form our answers. He was so patient, even through a very emotional moment. Not long after our meeting, we received the drafts of all of the documents. Kay plead my case with the information I sent her, and I did not have to appear. The court dismissed my ticket because I completed the class and due to my circumstances.
