Terrence made a horrible process easier to handle. He is the man! He instantly made me feel like he was ready to fight for me. Terrence made time for me on several occasions to have prolonged conversations regarding my case, helping soothe my frayed nerves. He is not only concerned with winning your case, he genuinely cares about you. He fought for me all the way. He wont make promises he cant keep. The one promise he will make is that he is there for you. I always felt that my needs were met and that he was completely invested in me and my case. Terrence is easily accessible, got back to me quickly, aggressive and got me the results that I wanted. I was able to get full legal custody. Something no other attorney in Austin was able to do. I was awarded the highest amount allotted for child support. I actually had to pay when I had my last attorney. Night and day difference! Terrence is concise and very powerful with his words leaving no stone unturned. Terrence consistently pushed back on the opposing attorney and did not back down! Mary Matheny This man is total garbage. He was my boyfriends attorney. The only time he was available was to take money. He never made his visits to discuss his case with Jason. Something came up, or had random resets. Once he finally showed for a court date he shot out a probation deal that was most likely on the table for months or was firm on going to trial if the probation was not accepted. My boyfriend took the plea for probation but none of the deal happened the way arthurpresented it and was of no assistance to even look into anything at all. If you can afford Tom stickler in Brazoria County just take a court appointed lawyer over this clown. He dont even deserve this one star.
