1 /5 Katy Kabha: Lindsay Roesler was my public defender, and in my experience she actively worked against my defense. She allowed exculpatory evidence to be suppressed, benefiting the prosecution, let faulty judgment papers stand without correction, misled me multiple times, and allowed my motion to dismiss to remain incomplete, making it useless for appeal. I was let down. I had to prosecute my own appeal, but in Grayson County’s conviction conveyor belt, the odds were stacked against me from the start. She communicated with me well at first but soon as they added Tim Haney as second chair, things went downhill from there. Grayson County Cause number 71657 State v. Kabha
