1 /5 C M: I contacted this office because it was recommended by Justin T Holt office (which they were great, they just dont handle minors traffic ticket). I called this office and response was slow to none I would have to make call backs to get an answer via text. I asked for a quote which never received. I called the office for an update and the individual answering the phones was short and slight of rude. I would be in mid asking question and she would interrupt answering the question she thought I was going to ask. I wanted to work with them, but if this is the experience, its not positive.
As per the response they gave: Shows the kind of customer service they have. Holiday was understandable which is why I didnt follow up then. An email was not received, I tried to verify the email with the lady and she would cut me off, in which led to me unable to confirm. To say a voicemail was left is wrong. I only have one phone number and a voicemail was never left which is why I had to call back. Whatever they have to say back, Im laying it to rest.
