5 /5 Lisa Gallagher: Highly recommend Bonnie Wolf! She was able to lift 4 warrants from Fort Worth Municipal Court and get me a reduced fine. I like how the staff was able to explain with the whole process. They were available via text messages/chat and phone calls. Hopefully I dont get another ticket anytime soon but if I do, I know who to go to for help.

1 /5 T P: I am still in shock of the level of Unprofessionalism by Bonnie Wolf law office and specifically her lead paralegal. After waiting a week and multiple calls and speaking to individuals in the office I received a 30 second call and hung up on by her office that they are not taking my case. Would have been respectful to at least apology or something but I would not recommend this office to anyone after my time speaking with them. Find someone else if you can.

1 /5 No Name: Called to have a ticket taken care of in Rowlett, and was told the couldnt help me. Their website literally says they handle tickets in Rowlett.

1 /5 C M: I contacted this office because it was recommended by Justin T Holt office (which they were great, they just dont handle minors traffic ticket). I called this office and response was slow to none I would have to make call backs to get an answer via text. I asked for a quote which never received. I called the office for an update and the individual answering the phones was short and slight of rude. I would be in mid asking question and she would interrupt answering the question she thought I was going to ask. I wanted to work with them, but if this is the experience, its not positive. As per the response they gave: Shows the kind of customer service they have. Holiday was understandable which is why I didnt follow up then. An email was not received, I tried to verify the email with the lady and she would cut me off, in which led to me unable to confirm. To say a voicemail was left is wrong. I only have one phone number and a voicemail was never left which is why I had to call back. Whatever they have to say back, Im laying it to rest.
