5 /5 Kelly: I started out with Allstates Nancy Ragle as my agent a couple of decades ago, and when Nancy retired, I stayed on with her son, Lance. Im very happy that I did. I have both auto and homeowners insurance with them. Lance is a fine representative of Allstate and has always been there to guide or help me when Ive needed him. I have no doubt that he will be there for me in the future, if a need should arise. He is both professional and personable. I confidently recommend him!

At least that is my experience with Lance. I was pleasantly surprised how much Lance saved me on the house insurance but also a little bit on the cars.

And its nice to know that if something goes wrong and you need immediate assistance someone is there to help you. Nobody wants to be waiting for a call back when they need to talk about a problem.
