KIm Conn I was referred to Daniel Starks office after my wreck. Spencer is an attorney in the Waco area. He responded quickly and even came to the house, I was recovering in, to visit with me. After we agreed on the details his work began. I never turned back, I felt completely comfortable with the direction he took. Heather is his right hand and she does deep dives into the driver at fault and looks for any avenue I could be compensated. Heather also touched base, weekly or bi-weekly, bringing me up to date on the process. The small things they do made me feel confident that I was their client. Giving them information when they asked for, on time, is key and made the process quicker and easier.
