5 /5 Brandi Ward: Mrs. Davis was an excellent attorney. We had a mechanics lien that we needed to enforce with a difficult defendant. She was very knowledgeable about the law, advised us on potential courses of action and worked with us along the way. Her entire office worked on our case, provided me with constant updates and took as much time as needed to discuss the suit. Best of all, we were able to reach a settlement. I appreciate all of their work and if we ever need an attorney for this work in the future, we will be using them.

5 /5 Randy Martin: My wife and I experienced an unbelievably terrible contractor experience and we had no choice but to terminate the contractor. Although the contractor was paid for work completed they chose to place a lien on our property for more than three times the amount of the original contract and we had virtually little recourse or so we thought. We consulted with one attorney who gladly collected our money but gave us no recommendations or solutions to our situation. After considerable research my wife came across Kelly Davis & Associates who had a considerable amount of experience in liens and fraudulent liens. Our associate sent an exceptional demand letter citing the many flaws with their lien to the contractor requesting the lien be removed within 5 business. Needless to say, it was removed within 5 business days and we can now have peace back into our lives. I have to say that I have never had a situation like this and Kelly Davis & Associates truly provided us a legal solution and alleviated the months of anguish that we had experienced. Smart, tough, collaborative, creative problem solver, detail oriented, caring and responsive are all words that describe Kelly Davis. Ms. Davis wrote a very impressive letter threatening the lien, problem immediately solved upon receipt. I was really impressed with the ease in dealing with them and amount of contact they kept with me during the short time between contacting them and resolution of the problem. I have to say this is the first pleasant experience I have ever had dealing with any law firm. The pricing was as advertised and Im not used to that with attorneys. I fully intend on using them again when/if I ever need services that they provide.
