Judy Barber I would like to give a shout out to teller Morgan. I was in the Credit Union this afternoon. All of the tellers were busy helping customers. When it was my turn she asked if she could help me. I explained I needed help with my Home Banking app but I was frustrated because I had not been able to figure it out myself. She was so kind and patient as I explained the problem. She said “lots of customers need help”. It made me feel a whole lot better. She showed me step by step how to fix the problem. She was so patient as I tried to get my 80 year old fingers to push the correct buttons on my phone. We got the problem solved and I was on my way. Morgan’s skill and helpfulness is a perfect example of excellent customer service. SWECU is fortunate to have Morgan represent them. Judy Barber 08-04-2025

Jennifer Krueger I took the CFO Training Program in the fall of 2019. It provided a lot of useful information over a wide array of topics including budgeting, cash flow, increasing profitability and general best practices for anyone in a financial leadership position. I definitely recommend this program for anyone looking to gain an edge.

Darby Walker Best insurance rep/agent I’ve ever worked with. She handles my business insurance. She will be out of the office and still manage to have my needs met and exceeded. She’ll reach out to you when your policy is close to renewal and see if there’s anything that needs changed or addressed. I’d give her 10 stars, if they’d let me.
