The staff here has smiling faces and good attitudes, they were understanding when I needed a few more days to make a payment, and I never felt harassed by them. All n all a good experience and I will definitely be using them again if I need to.

1 /5 elizabeth Vallejo: Theres a lady that works there named Carol. She is the rudest lady. Dont waste your time coming here take your business to a more professional place. I called to make a payment on a balance I owed she apparently didnt/couldnt understand me so she wanted me to speak to someone who spoke Spanish. NO CAROL I SPEAK ENGLISH THANK YOU. She didnt want to work with me on payments so I told her I would not be paying anything for now & she said "yeah thats what I thought" and hung up on me. I think if shes going to be that rude maybe she should just home and drink her cup of coffee. If there was a lower rating I could give I would,I think 1 star is actually complementing you guys.

1 /5 Charlene Bee: Contact World Finance for a better experience and tell them Charlene B sent you. Plus they got me more money that Justice did anyway. I would not advise anyone to do business with this loan company. I had a loan with the company and I thought everything was going well. I didn’t realize they had a problem with my couple of late payments (which wasn’t weeks or months late or anything) at most one was 9 days late because it was lost in the mail which I did communicate with them both times that happened. I also made the payment anyway although I had to wait even longer for the money order to be tracked and refunded. I didn’t make them wait I took the money personally which is 30 min away from where I live. Recently I contacted the office and asked if I could take out additional money since I had told they could do that. I was told “you have to pay off the loan first before we can do another application for you” so I paid the loan off EARLY only to find out they lied. They never had any intentions on giving me another loan and lied I guess to insure I would pay but I only owed $100 and didn’t have a reason not to pay it. When I called to discuss the discrepancy they referred me to the Cooperate office who backed up their decision to not loan to me another because of the way the account was handled. All my payments were made every month regardless of if they were behind due to mail being delayed or not. Another thing is… I wouldn’t have had to mail a payment in the first place if they offered payments over the phone or online. I would rather do business with someone who is understanding to their customers needs and not lie to their customers.
