Philip Jones Ordered and picked up the same day on the day before Mother’s Day. The key is to order online as there was no line for the pick up. If you’re coming in the day before Mother’s Day and don’t order it online, expect to wait a long time though.

Margaret Cervantes My husband and I were needing to replace a battery in a watch, Went to an other independent repair shop to be told “it’s not the battery, You need a new watch” I remembered WAIT Let’s go to JG Gold works at the mall. Roberto & Jackie took GREAT care of us and NOT only was he honest and replaced the battery BUT very friendly good service!! Taught me a lesson GO where ppl are knowledgeable and have trained properly!!

Kimberly Turany I had the best experience! I live in Tennessee and was visiting my parents. My rings have always been tight but this week my hand swelled after yard work. My finger was hurting so bad! I called the shop to see if they could cut my wedding rings off. They actually offered this service free of charge?!?! Even though I didn’t purchase my rings at the location. Who does that? The jeweler was able to remove my wedding rings so neatly that it will be easy for me to get them repaired! I cannot think these owners enough! While I was there, I got to marvel at all the beautiful pieces they had on display! I highly recommend this jewelry shop!

Everly Moussa I received my 4th and 5th wedding rings from Jesus Ruiz at this store. I exchanged one of my rings for a more expensive one with a better-designed grip on the stones. I do not recommend the pear ring with small diamonds around it, as it is a hassle to repair every stone that falls. Larger diamonds are more practical.
