Ive always been a fan of independent insurance agencies, but what really sets Mike Flowers agency apart is the service. Real honest local customer service from a local business. Mike even makes his personal cell phone available to his clients, and I truly feel if something were to happen he would be right there ready to help in any way he could. Priscilla was great to work with too, she was super responsive to all my questions, and helped setup my renters insurance and new homeowners policy while we waited for our new home to be built. I like to support local businesses, but Mike Flowers Agency makes it easy with their great customer service.

Ruth Sarahi I have been shopping around all day.. calling the big and small companies getting the run around. Agents left and right saying they were busy and would call me back.. Then the down payments were outrageous along with the cost.... Then I called here. FATIMA answered and was so sweet, told me she would call back and get me lower quotes and she did. Not only did she get me a low down payment, which mind you wasnt the lowest that I found but she was so helpful, she also got me the lowest monthly quote. 49.50 is what I am going to be paying monthly! Jp They wont give you insurance if your a felon. Dont see why a felony from 8 years ago is even a problem or even why they dont insure felons doesnt make sense to me. Gave me the run around for over a week and just to discriminate and say they wont insure me because of a felony and the felony has nothing to do with driving it was a credit card abuse felony.... the worst.....
