Nic L I know Fred Loya has a bad rep for customer service and trust me when I say that Ive had my share of Hang Ups and given the runaround to. but this location right here is my go-to when everything else fails I can rely on this location to answer the phone and not hang up on me and actually help me with my problem and get it settled done in a quick professional manner I really really really appreciate the people that work in this location specially Jose hes really really professional and Incredibly helpful they go Beyond 4 for the costumer.

Juan Olguin I want to thank Mrs. Chistina Miller who is an insurance agent. She was helpful and dedicated to make sure I have the best coverage for my mothers home. She makes sure I understood the process. Even though the insurance she got us was possible, because of her knowledge and experience. The location where the house is located cant be cover; but she went over and above to get us a home insurance and landlord insurance. Thank you again for taking your time and for making sure we got what we needed. I am very greatfull for all your help.

Erica Flores This origination deserves 0 Stars wish I could give it a negative 5. Nothing but employees who dont want to work or hate there jobs. So sorry hunny but if you dont like your jobs go find a better 1. Nothing but boogie Bit*hs up there who stand around not wanting to help anyone. Every time one of there OWN CLIENTS walks in there. All there employees do is look @ each other as of to see who is going to help THERE OWN CLIENT as if its a punishment. Plus to make it even better the hang up on their phone calls blaming the internet or saying there having issues with it when nothing is ever wrong once you show up in person. Ridiculous hate to see how they would handel an accident call... This is not the best insurance company after all!
