Oliver Marx I was hesitant and confused about the steps I needed to take in order to figure out how to file a claim and if I should. I called the office at 3PM on a Saturday and was transferred to Michael Whorton who answered his cell on his personal time and he was more than happy to take my call and explain the entire situation to me and what steps to take.
