3 /5 Dana Williams: I was a previous client when he was on Judson, the service was great, at that time. When he opened the office on McCann the quality of customer service declined. I insured my home and two cars with him. I would pay in person was friendly with the office staff. One day on a phone call I felt disrespected and cancelled. I will give them a shot again on 1 car to see if the service has inproved.

2 /5 Hannah Smith: Do NOT let Marisol consult you (she was the rudest of them all)!! I’ve been with Allstate for 7 years and never had a problem until now. Every time I call, the agents are really rude and short with me. They tried adding my cousin on my policy and after disputing it, they still added him anyway. It has been a two month process trying to get this handled, but no agent has been any help so far.. My family and I are switching to USAA as soon as possible and I recommend it for you, too!! Save your time and money.

1 /5 Juanna Reyes: I Called just to verify information on a policy I understood they couldnt give me any information if I was not insured on the policy but I was polite enough to mentioned this to a KRISTY girl who was just rude of the back. I just mentioned that this particular policy drafted from my account and the named insured had called sometime last week to change banking information. BUT I got an email letting me know they were drafting my account. so I just wanted to make sure they had his info. This lady raised her voice at me like if I was ignorant or offended her. all I asked for her name she said Kristy, and I said kristy I was just asking you a question there was no reason for you to be UGLY. And I hung up.... bad customer service..

1 /5 Wesley Sikes: I have been with them for years. Finally, when I have an accident I get treated like dirt and refused help. Lied about forgetting to put rental reimbursement on my insurance and now I have to pay for it, again. This is by far the worst staff I have ever dealt with. Their business ethics are horrible, unhelpful, and very rude to their clients. Im most defintely going to move my business to USAA. Should have done this in the first place. They take care of their veterans.
