1 /5 Jimmy Williams: Its been 23 days now since my claim and no-one from Allstate has bothered to show up and access the damage. You sent a couple of workers out to rip out the carpet and run fans for several days. The websites you refer me to arent active and Ive tried 4 different browsers to no avail. We call and you say your waiting on a plumbers report but you wont say If I am to call a plumber or if you are going to send one. We moved all our furniture and affected belongings into other rooms and we are growing tired of the mess. I have never had an insurance company behave this way. I will be seeking other companies for my cars and home when this is all over. I was NOT in good hands with allstate!!
