It was a very stressful time but Ashley at State Farm in Bonham put me at ease when I called. She promptly took all the needed information and I had an adjuster out within the week. I would recommend this agency due to their customer service (they answered the phone during a very busy time) and all the employees are knowledgeable and can answer your questions. Hats off to a great group!
