My family recently spent several years trying to appeal for disability benefits for our disabled adult child through my husband’s retirement benefits. This was an opportunity presented to us by the SSA when my husband started receiving social security payments. After two rejected appeals, we were faced with the option of a hearing before a judge to plead our case. In what can only be termed as serendipity, our other daughter was given Jack McCormick’s name by one of her patients, who raved about his success with her disability case. My family’s experience with Jack McCormick was also praiseworthy.He was readily available and relentless about understanding the details of the information we provided. Equally important was his knowledge of the Social Security system and his acquaintance with the people in that system. This was invaluable in developing an appropriate appeal. Incredibly, the judge awarded us a favorable decision without going through the hearing process! We know, without a doubt, that this outcome would never have happened without Jack McCormick.

5 /5 J. Galloway: Jack consulted with us get the Social Security disability application for our son, who is disabled, submitted. He knew all the steps and details and set our expectations about the process. He helped us fill out the application, helped monitor its status and reviewed all the submisions of paperwork requested by the SSA. It took about 14 months from application to approval in the SSA processing. It may have taken longer if we had to appeal. I think that due to Jacks knowledge and guidance we didnt have to appeal a rejection. I highly recommend Jack McCormick in disability law.
