The office is very laid back and unpretentious, making you feel comfortable from the beginning. Her team (Janie & Lex) were very polite and super efficient. All of our documentation is now very organized in a binder with copies on a jump drive. The only thing that would make estate planning better is for it to be less expensive so that more people could/ would have access to these services.

With offers for coffee or water, I couldnt resist the various chocolates in the huge bowl. The initial consultation with attorney Kristen Ishihara covered exactly what I was looking for in the Revocable Living Trust . And the information required to move forward. Kristen walked me through and explained all the documents during the signings. Janie and Lex were witnesses and signed one of the documents.They were so professional ,respectful, and nice . I am so pleased with the Estate Planning Documents binder including color coded index with tabs for each document. Copies and backup thumbdrive. With checklists for the Executor. 5 /5 Danny RAINES: I had Kristen Ishihara handle a close relatives nursing home Medicaid affairs and what an amazing job she did. Everything was approved and handled expeditiously, which took a great deal of stress off me and my family. I again obtained Ishihara and Parker Law Firm to handle a probate on a relatives estate back in 2024. I can honestly say thank goodness I did. When I was setting and waiting on our turn to go before the judge, there were two other probate cases ahead of us. These cases were not accepted by the judge because the attorneys handling those cases were not prepared. The judge called Kristen Ishihara up as well as myself and I was approved as administrator immediately over the probated estate. This was due solely because, she was prepared and her staff in the office had done great work. The ladies at the front desk were amazing every time I needed anything.
