Noe Mr. Saldivar, in my humble opinion, is the very best DWI lawyer you can hire in El Paso. When I was charged with a DWI, I was very nervous about what the entirety of the matter would end up costing me. Not just the money cost but also, how it would affect my personal life. Mr. Saldivar heard my side of the case and in a very professional manner, he said, "we will try to get this dismissed." At first I was nervously incredulous but, as the case went on, I became a believer, a Mr. Saldivar believer. Hes without a doubt, the best lawyer around. He first questioned the DA about things they were trying to dig up on me, things that had happened almost 30-years in the past. He then took full charge of the case and got the court to assign me to the Pretrial Diversion Program, which meant that if/when I completed that program, the case would be dismissed. An unexpected and completely amazing outcome. Im so grateful for Mr. Saldivar and his experience with this type of cases. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a professional and amazing lawyer.
