She figures out what is important to you/your family and approaches everything through that lens, while also giving her professional input on what we should consider and implement. Everything has smart reasoning, timeline, and she can make adjustments when life just happens. She is also good at "tough love". She will point out when something we are doing is impacting our own goals and ways we can fix it or other buckets we can pull from.
