1 /5 Mercedes Castillo: Joe came to my home I purchased 3 policies.. one for my husband one myself and a final expense one for my uncle who was bedridden .. Joe saw him and I explained to him he had dementia and was bedridden. I never lied to him and he could clearly see him in his hospital bed .. unfortunately my uncle passed away due to Covid and that’s when I found out that Joe had put my uncle did not have dementia nor did he need help with daily living activities.. my policy was not paid out because of these lies .. had it not been for fema helping me because of Covid I would still be paying people back that loaned me the money to bury my uncle .. it is my fault that I did not read everything he filled out and I trusted him because he truly seemed very sincere and caring but I guess that was all just to get the sale Just READ EVERYTHING THIS MAN SELLS YOU BEFORE SIGNING.. I learned the hard way
