From the moment he picked up the phone, he was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process of paying my insurance over the phone, answered all of my questions about my coverage in a way that was easy to understand, and even took the time to explain State Farm’s pet insurance options—which I didn’t even know they offered! Alex made what could have been a stressful call feel smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about providing great service. Messie Mehari I built a house with D.R. Horton and love it. I have their insurance which I felt was fair. However, Im currently having an emergency roofing issue, and Ive been trying to get in touch with them for the past 10 days. Ive made multiple calls, but so far, there has been no answer. I am hoping to receive a call today to resolve the issue, and I will update my review accordingly. Its essential to communicate clearly in situations like this, I hope that youre able to reach soon to assistance me before my house floods from rain. I got a call back but my roof I ended up paying for it to fix!

Roberta Cortez When i started with this company years ago I had an awful experience that was unimaginable. I could not get a hold of corporate or anyone in upper management to respond. I called in and Loren Lopez assisted me and was so very pleasant and explained everything to MY understanding. I stayed with the company because of Loren. Today another young lady assisted me and was not good, but scooted over to Loren she took control explained with total patience. If you need help and want a pleasant experience ask for Loren Lopez. No anger issues, never gets frustrated very professional knows how to explain details step by step. Thanks Loren!
