I had so many issues with Home Owners of America and had many general questions to Martha. I requested documents that were delayed. When I mentioned to Martha I wanted to switch due to being treated poorly by HOA, a year ago. Martha only focus was having my claim closed. She requested information that she claimed was not in her scope. For example, having pictures and invoices emailed directlty to her is not apart of the process to switch to a new carrier. She promises to make return phone calls and never did, I ended that all. She seems to be far over her head. Specifically with explaining the claim process and home owners insurance jargon.
