1 /5 Juan Zamora: I have been a customer for some many years if this insurance company, but was very disappointed today. I didn’t have my vin number with me to buy my insurance, but this has never been a problem before, the “agent” told me today that she couldn’t find my policy without the vin number. I asked her if she could look up my info on the file cabinets, she said yes, but in a very lazy way she glanced around the office without making a real effort and said “ I can’t find it”. I looked at her and said thank you and left very disappointed.
