1 /5 Brandon Rumsey: I relocated from Michigan to Stephenville, TX and need to get my insurance switch to Texas insurance to enable me to register my vehicle. I call this office more than 2 hrs before they closed to switch my policy. My tags expire in 2 days and need to have vehicle registered. Lady I spoke with said she would not sue it because there wasnt enough time. Asked why I called so late and I told her I work 7 days a week and was unable to do it before. Been customer for years and now I think Im going to shop around.
