Human Services Department - Seguin (TX)

5 /5 Tamandra Elliott: I always dread going to places like this because the people are usually rude and theres usually a super long wait. The people here at the Seguin location were extremely sweet and helpful! The wait was supposed to be an hour but it was only about 30 minutes which was far better than trying to get anything handled over the phone. I suggest just going in and waiting if you need to...they take great care of you.

1 /5 Alfred Garcia: I have been calling all day today no answer I would like to know if I can get some help Im not working two years in the way you looks with this human resource office he seems like they got other things to do besides answering the phone when it ring I called two different numbers in both of them just dont answer at all. Im fixing to go to San Antonio in file in San Antonio with the Department of human resources over there and let them know that the office here in Seguin dont answer the phone always busy.

1 /5 Maryann M: I hate that i live miles away and it takes me 30 min to get into town. So when i get there i have to wait longer to be seen. So then when i decide to call there instead no one answers the phone. I keep calling for 45 min and no one answers. This place needs a who new staff to assist people properly.
