Horace Mann - Stokes Agency - Tyler (TX)

1 /5 Nichole Stanfield: Great for a while, but after being a faithful customer i get insurance priced jacked up twice with no notice based on the zip code i live in. Only found out the second time because i added house insurance and thought i was paying for it, but my house insurance was a different bill which i was also not aware of. This company is ridiculous and after sending me a refund check then they say i owe them 32 dollars. After trying to charge my sisters account (even though they dont save payment info). I would never recommend this company to anyone, unless they love prices being jacked up and to be constantly lied to.

1 /5 Sherre Thurman: I use to be with Horace Mann - if you could give a zero, I would. I would never use Horace Mann with Patrick Stokes and would never recommend him to anyone. He knows why.
