Will Fowler David’s office is always quick to respond. The office manager Ali has always answered questions quickly and efficiently and has made the process of adding, removing, and changing policies very easy. I would strongly recommend.

Carlos Duarte Customer service is fine, but this is the only insurance co. who has denied my claim. A few of my neighbors, whose houses are one or two years younger than mine, have had their roofs replaced. We all went through the same hailstorms, and their claims were not denied. So, my neighbors have new roofs and mine leaked a few months ago. Unfortunately, once you have a claim, approved or not, it goes on your record and good luck getting a decent price quote when talking to another insurer.
