1 /5 Samantha Moss-Purnell: Would not recommend. This was a long process that we had to ask for constant updates on. In addition to that, the fees taken out of the settlement included the months where we heard nothing from them… I shouldn’t be charged if there is no work or communication on your end. Honestly it feels like they drew out the process to charge us for those months of “work.” We also signed the release of medical information, but still had to do the leg work to get them our medical information (EOB). There was minimal work on their end. Do not have them represent your case.

They assigned me Corey Rusick as my attorney when I hurt my neck after a drunk driver hit my car. After the car accident, the insurance said it was my fault! But Mr. Corey fought for me and got me a great settlement.

1 /5 Erica: If I could give them a zero I would give them a negative 0! They herd everyone through their firm like cows. Cash cows!!. Better believe it no matter who you are or how your accident occurred, You will all be treated the same. You go in, sign a paper, dont even discuss your accident, they have no questions for you on this initial visit, and then, you are sent to mandatory chiropractor therapy, affiliate of the firm, so that they take more money than the lawyer fees. They state that you dont have a case unless you go to the chiropractor which is totally false. Folks, you can represent yourself, call the insurance company Yourself and get your offer without seeking an attorney first and you will be surprised, I did it, and then second guessed myself and hired herman and herman and it was the biggest mistake I could have made. beware this law firm sucks. Example: $10k of claim money was to come to my household.We ended up getting a total of $700 out of that for a family of five. Disclaimer: it is not the same for everyone. So that is false advertisement. Ever ever once over the entire year Handling My case did I meet an attorney in person, nor spoke to an attorney on a phone, and was only up at the herman and herman office once and it was the initial and only trip there, it was to sign the only form you will sign and thats that they own your money !!
