A family member passed away recently and we were told that the homeowners insurance is no longer valid eventhough the policy was paid in full in January 2023 through January 2024. When we asked about a refund, we were told that there is no refund either. We will be contacting the Texas Department of Insurance. If you have any type of insurance policy with this agency double check your coverages and deductibles.
