2 /5 Billy Coleman: Ive been a member for a few months now. And everyone appears to be friendly. I will give them that. But recently I requested a copy of a voided check. First, I tried to request it through the online chat. Not successful. Then I called to get it done. The request was received. The gentleman said they would call me when the process was completed. I waited four hours. Nothing. So I called back to ask for an update. The young lady said it would take a couple of days to be processed. I thought that was ridiculous. She said that was their turn around time. Ive had several checking accounts and the other banks never took that long to process this type of request. Im not happy
