Tyler Aaron I was nervous to apply after hitting a rough patch in life that dropped my credit, so I did the application online. A few minutes later, a warm friendly agent called to finish the process. The same woman greeted me as I came to pick up the check. I also got to keep a promo cup that makes the perfect choice for pop tarts or cookies and milk. (That could have its own 5 stars ;) ). Before leaving i was told about the tax referral incentive. FF a year, I returned for another loan with a confidence solidified by my great service prior. The same lady is still 5/5 and even hit the incentive. Boss, thats an unbiased- customer-verified 100% completion. I can say he name but afraid ill butcher the spelling. I will edit when I can. Thank you WF!

Axay Amin Really bad customer service. Not enough ppl in branch to server all customer. System goes down in the middle of transaction and no one knows what happened to the transaction. No one is helping walk in customer event hough PB is not busy. Lots of room for improvement.
