5 /5 Yasmeen Amaro: I worked with Jenny Barcenas. Her communication was absolutely amazing! Response time was quick! Gave updates every step of the way. Answered all my questions! And she answers her phone calls as well! Not every person I dealt with during this process was as responsive as Jenny! Highly recommend!

1 /5 Rebecca Ferguson: I had to go through this office to get insurance through GCEFCU for a lower rate on my auto loan with MIRELLA TORRES. I went in on April 15th and she signed me up for insurance under a different individual with my same name! Not sure how this happened since she even looked at my drivers license. When I finally realized what was done she said she would resolve the issue and get me new insurance. I never heard anything and finally signed up through progressive on my own (cheaper than what she quoted me for). Since then I have been asking for my refund back of the money that I put down when I first signed up. I have emailed her and she assures me it will get done. I have called and asked to talk to a supervisor and I never get a response back. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. As soon as I can I will be refinancing my auto loan else where and will no longer be a member because of the lack of customer service.

5 /5 Jenniffer Medrano: We got our mortgage loan through GCEFCU. We were helped by Sydney and Trisha. They did an amazing job at getting us the best interest rate. They were very nice, professional and always kept us in the loop of updating us with the needed documents. I would highly encourage others to to though Gulf coast for any lender needs.

5 /5 Charles Teeters: Did a cash out refinance with them and they were in constant contact. Everyone was extremly nice and helpful. Have always had great service with them. I have had multiple vehicles financed through them over the years and it is always a seemless process. Great job Gulf Coast!!!!
