Dade Pulliam Customer service is rude and it says western union but good luck trying to cash a Monet order. Better off going to amarillo or going to wells Fargo across the parking lot.

Amy G-Z I love this bank. Have been with them for 11 years and have zero complaints. I’m not really understanding all these negative reviews because I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always been so helpful to me and friendly when I’ve gone in. I have never been charged a single fee in all the years I’ve been with them. The only thing that’s inconvenient is that there’s not more locations now that I no longer live in the island. Other than that, they’re open 7 days a week and much later than any other financial institution. This means no matter my schedule, I’m likely able to make it in if I ever need anything. I would recommend banking with them to anyone I know.

Kat Farroni Miranda helped me with a title/registration transfer and she was so kind, informative, and helpful! I called ahead to find out what documents I needed and she happened to be the person who answered my call then as well and gave me all the details while remaining professional and knowledgeable about everything we spoke about.
