Bill cole We had several questions about an Aetna health insurance policy for my company, so I tried calling and emailing my representative. I was put into a voicemail and did not receive a return email. Not sure if our rep still worked at the company, so I tried calling their main number and another number shown on their website. The main number doesnt work. Even though it prompts you to dial the extension of the person you want to talk to, when you enter the extension, it sends you back into the recording to leave a message. After giving up on reaching anyone through their extension, I tried to leave a message in their general voice mailbox as prompted by the recording. It wont let you leave a message, and keeps re-routing you to leave a message (which you cannot leave). Im not sure, but maybe the company has gone out of business. What service company cannot provide any customer service during normal business hours? Still hoping to talk to a representative........

Denise Hunt Customer Service is lacking. I pay my bills on time, the only reason my account went to collections was because the office never sent me a invoice. They tokd me 8 months later I had an outstanding balance and refused service. After contacting Prime Financial, I find out that the invoices were being sent to an address I havent lived at for 8 eight years. When trying to resolve the balance its extremely inconvenient that they have no website and you can only pay over the phone or snail mail. If your on a payment plan it takes them forever to send you an updated statement showing a payment was made and updated in their system. Methodist needs to do better with who they choose to handle their collections.

D G I moved to Texas City 10 years ago and done all my vehicle registration and title transfers myself over 20 years and this place is by far the best and fastest place Ive been to in over 20 years I promise Im never in there no more then 15 20 minutes and Im walking out with my fresh paperwork on my hands guaranteed. The staff there is always helpful with you and your paperwork and will help you correct any mistakes on the spot so you wont have to leave empty handed unlike in Houston they will tell you that you didnt do something right and dismiss you and say next calling on the next person leaving you clueless on what to do next and you will have to go figure out whats wrong on your own but their nothing like that here in Texas City their very helpful and patient as well

Loraine Godfrey I want to give 5 stars to the workers at Navy Army Community Credit Union, especially Loan Officer Nora Salinas. She is always there for our business and makes sure we are taken care. She has even answered our questions even after hours. She is a hard worker and goes above and beyond to help the customers of Navy Army Community Credit Union. In fact all of the workers have been great! I just wanted to let Nora know how much we appreciate her services and wanted to let Navy Army Community Credit Union know as well. We have been in business 7 years and just recently opened another business and Nora helped us get our new account open with no problems or difficulty.
