1 /5 Justin Zigler: Do not use this place. Justin will mess up your paperwork. Jack up your rate and not explain why. And then avoid you when youre trying to cancel with him. He put the wrong information on my insurance paperwork causing the policy to lapse due to the actual insurance company not having my correct email, phone number or address. When I found better rates and cancelled my policy with them Justin avoided my phone calls and ignored my emails. I requested a policy cancellation on 9/17 effective 9/20. He said hed send over the paperwork. I called Progressive directly on 9/19, they were able to cancel the auto policy but not the homeowners saying it would need to be through the agent. So again I tried to get ahold of Justin. I finally get cancellation paperwork but it has the wrong date. So email back, after 2 days I get it with the right date. I sign the paperwork and send it back. Today, 10/7 I called progressive to verify the account had been cancelled. It had not. Justin never submitted the paperwork. Finally get ahold of Goosehead HQ and get the policy cancelled. DO NOT do business with this place. They are predatory and will dodge you to try to keep your policy. Justin Wiggains should not be in business.

1 /5 Larry Guerrero: Customer Service is terrible and Justin runs and hides from calls and text messages. I was trying to collect my reimbursement check and was seeking assistance from Justin. He finally text me a condescending text message saying everything was "on me" and to "figure it out". I sent him my signed cancellation form and this is when he started to hide, dodging my calls. I shared everything with corporate and they were not happy with Justin. Till this day, Justin has never called or reached out for an apology even when I had the correct forms. (Im sure hell respond to my review since its online) Kelsey, his agent, will not assist you either. I spent hours on the phone with Goosehead agents and they asked Kelsey to text or call them to solve the issue and she declined, saying she was too busy. Once they take your money and policy, theyre not willing to assist. Terrible customer service from Justin and Kelsey.
