mark kuykendall Not having a good experience. Needed to have a correction made to my policy and was told it would need to be rewritten. They took my money 3k on November 2nd. I haven’t received anything, no policy, nothing. Have called multiple times. Each time nothing happens. Now Im trying to cancel the policy. Was told I’d get a receipt yesterday. Haven’t seen anything yet. This may need to be reported. More later. Well, I must say I was wrong, everything has now been resolved. Much of this was due to my lack of experience in insurance matters. First Colony did their best to help me. I have my refund and I am grateful. I would recommend them.

Kovalev Dick Called for questions about my insurance and have to say the customer service is surprisingly good. The employee Mr. Matt answered and he was able to help me clear up the confusion about my insurance. He was thorough enough to help me understand and gave great and solid information and advice.

C Taylor Each time I have visited Daron Bolands office or called on the phone, he and his staff have always been curious, polite, respectful, attentive, and made me feel like I was a highly valued client. They take the time to answer my questions, even trivial ones, in a most satisfying manner and to the level of detail that I want to hear, and I am a nuts and bolts kind of guy. When I had claims, they responded very promptly, professionally, were detail attentive, educated me in the entire claim process, and followed-up with me at each phase. Overall I feel their office meets my needs and takes very good care of me.

Gustuf Young I am posting this not because I ended up doing business with these people but because of how honest they were with me and how they did not waste my time. Turns out I had a policy with an existing insurer that had a discount because of my tenure with them. However this broke let me know of this and said I could try but they likely could not beat it. They obviously were here to do the right thing for a customer, but werent just out to get my money and were honest about my prospects. They deserve your business. They also checked my offers right over the phone. Great service. Give them a chance.

After having him take such wonderful care of the transaction, we started referring more business to him. He is extremely professional, quick to respond to any needs, proactive and great to work with.
